I can't cancel my AVG TuneUp subscription. After clicking on "logout", I still get "Unfortunately, an error has occurred - Close this window and try again" on the screen, for the second day. I always close the window as advised, but the same thing still appears. What can I do?

I checked the vajs@mujmail.cz email again about a minute ago, but still nothing. I can't follow the email. I also checked my second email address. But nothing there either. I haven't listed her anywhere with you.
